It all started with a hometown visit! Dr. Nick Krause, was visiting his hometown where he saw the stand he would buy flavored shave ice when he was younger. 

It was then that he decided to start a business with his 3 sons, having them develop the business plan and line up the financing with ONB Bank! 

Then in May of 2019 the colorful trailer was serving the community of Rochester the flavorful “snow” Shave Ice!
